Sarah is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Industrial and Organisational Psychology practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience across public and private sectors in both New Zealand and Australia.

Academic Background

Dr Anticich holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology (University of Queensland), with her doctoral research focused on the prevention of anxiety and the development of emotional resilience in children and adolescents. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology, Master’s of Science (Industrial and Organisational psychology), with first class honours. First class honours degree (Education), endorsed in Child and Family Psychology) and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Master of Science with First Class Honours, a Bachelor of Science, and a First Class Honours degree in Child and Family Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (psychology).


Clinical and Sector Experience

Her academic and clinical training reflect a deep commitment to the integration of developmental, clinical, and organisational perspectives, supporting both individual change and systemic transformation. She brings this interdisciplinary foundation to her work across therapy, supervision, leadership consulting, and programme development.

Her career spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, corrections, high-performance sport, and the legal and insurance industries. She has provided specialist psychological services in hospitals, schools, community health, and corporate consulting environments, offering assessment, intervention, supervision, and system-level advisory work.



Clinical Focus

In clinical practice, Dr Anticich is experienced in the assessment and treatment of trauma, emotional dysregulation, executive functioning difficulties, and identity disturbance. She is an approved ACC Sensitive Claims provider and supports individuals through complex recovery and regulation processes.


Innovative Programmes

She is also the co-founder of Studio Mindspace, a specialised intervention framework for the assessment and treatment of ADHD in adults. This programme is grounded in Russell Barkley’s executive functioning model and integrates science-based strategies to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioural regulation.
